Is it more economical to buy property in Dubai directly from a developer?

We recently began work on establishing a highly reliable and attractive real estate organization for Turkish investors considering real estate investment in Dubai.

We have already signed brokerage agreements with two leading Dubai-based developers.

We are in the process of signing a third.

Furthermore, we are continuing our search for reliable, qualified, and competent local real estate agencies or real estate partner firms.

At the real estate fair I visited over the weekend, I met the Turkish representative of one of Dubai's leading developers. We chatted briefly.

Barring any setbacks, we'll have a more detailed meeting soon.

He explained firsthand that real estate investors can contact developers directly and obtain a property through a real estate agent at a price that won't be lower than if they were to purchase through a real estate agent.

He even said that by working through a real estate agent, they would have the opportunity to explore alternative, attractive projects.
