In January, I was in Dubai with my business partner. We spent 4 days there.
We visited many areas and held business meetings.
My impression of Dubai was: “Dubai is not an Arab city, but an international living space center.”
I clearly observed this in daily life as well.
There is a huge appetite for investment in construction and tourism in Dubai.
One of the questions, in my opinion, is, in this environment, where in the world is truly safe or has a guaranteed future?
Currently, real estate investment in Dubai has gone on hold, which is predictable. Personally, my opinion is this: My perception and approach regarding Dubai going forward remains unchanged.
The key point is to be able to accurately assess the region and developments in advance and take the right position.
