New Opportunities and Investment Trends in the Dubai Real Estate Market

Starting in the second half of 2025, we began working to support Turkish investors in their real estate investments in Dubai and to create attractive value for them. Our target investor focus is Turkish individuals who will make purchases with a minimum Golden Visa amount. Our main focus is strategic real estate asset management targeting the premium real estate segment in Beşiktaş, Istanbul. In January, my business partner and I made our first business trip to Dubai. During our visit, we met with many business developers, as well as law firms and local, expert real estate offices. We also toured Dubai's most popular areas. At the end of our visit, we clearly realized one thing: Dubai is an international living center, not just an Arab city. In my opinion, the plans for Dubai are well-founded and forward-looking. There was also a plan to create a similar international living center in Saudi Arabia. According to some news I've been following recently, the plans have been revised and the target area has been significantly reduced. In conclusion, regardless of current developments, I believe Dubai and its surroundings in the UAE are attractive. This scenario (based on concrete information) raises the question of whether real estate investment in Dubai should be considered in the current environment.

If you don't plan to sell your investment for at least five years and your main expectation is to utilize idle capital and find attractive profit opportunities, then off-plan projects in and around Dubai can be considered. From what I've observed, currently in Dubai, developers are approaching with easier payment plans rather than price reductions. Of course, if you're in contact with the right key people on the right projects and have cash on hand, everything can change.
