Should I wait or buy the opportunity when investing in real estate in Dubai?

The most critical event on the world agenda last week was the US-Israel-Iran conflict.

This tension and conflict has spread to the countries in the region.

One of these regions is the UAE and its emirate, Dubai.

Dubai is also experiencing missile and drone attacks.

The information I received from people I'm in contact with in Dubai indicates that there are no problems.

All the attacks were repelled before reaching Dubai.

A picture of a fire in the Palm Jumeirah area was circulated on social media.

That image was allegedly caused by shrapnel from a missile hitting a hotel. Overall, tension in the region is at a high level.

Of course, investment doesn't like risk and doesn't want uncertainty.

It's clear that there will be a noticeable decline in real estate prices in Dubai right now.

No information about campaigns or similar initiatives has reached me from the development companies so far.

I see a high probability that price reduction campaigns will be implemented.

The construction of massive real estate projects continues in Dubai.

Sales need to continue uninterrupted to prevent damage to financial management.

In this environment, investors will naturally withdraw and wait.

Something attractive needs to be offered to them so that they don't stop investing in the Dubai real estate market.

In general, I foresee a very bright future for the Dubai real estate market.

I strongly felt this when I went to Dubai.

Dubai is more of an international living space than just an Arabian city.

I think Dubai has strong international importance.

High returns can be obtained during times of risk.

The important thing is to correctly perceive and manage the risk.

What do you say to a meeting regarding your real estate investments in Dubai?
