Last week, we held our first meeting with a representative of one of Pakistan’s largest developers, who has been actively developing projects in Dubai for the past five years.
The more projects and developers we track, the stronger our benchmarking capability becomes. This directly enhances our ability to present Turkish investors with the most suitable opportunities, under the most favorable pricing and payment structures.
Yesterday, we also conducted our first online meeting with another developer focused entirely on ultra-luxury residential and commercial off-plan projects. The firm is led by a second-generation member of one of Dubai’s largest development families.

At present, there is no notable decline in official list prices. However, negotiation power on deal terms has clearly increased.
