Last week, we held our first meeting with a representative of one of Pakistan’s largest developers, who has been actively developing projects in Dubai for the past five years.

A key insight shared during the meeting:
 The Dubai real estate market is expected to regain momentum around September–October.

At present, there is no notable decline in official list prices. However, negotiation power on deal terms has clearly increased.
